Processing & Shipping policy

Our products are meticulously crafted and packaged by hand, with a commitment to excellence at every step. Please note that processing times for all orders typically range from 3 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) before shipment. Once processing is finished, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. During promotional sales, we kindly ask for your patience as processing may take up to 16 business days. Rest assured, orders are processed and shipped out daily.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Introducing our 7-Day Guarantee: We stand firmly behind our products. Our risk-free refund policy is designed to guarantee your satisfaction. Should you find yourself dissatisfied within 7 days of purchase, simply return the product for a full refund. *Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit, exclusively through Lavishing Honey Electronic Gift Cards.  If you encounter any discrepancies with your order, kindly inform us within 7 days of receiving your order. *Please note that all items purchased during a sale are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation is only applicable to orders that are still in the processing stage and have not yet been shipped. *Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit, exclusively through Lavishing Honey Electronic Gift Cards.

Incorrect Address

In order to offer top-tier service and guarantee the accurate delivery of your package, it's crucial to ensure that your address is inputted correctly. This entails using the appropriate abbreviations, accurate street numbers, and precise apartment numbers. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from incorrect or inaccurately entered address information provided at the time of purchase.

If your address needs correction, kindly email us with a photo of your ID along with the updated address, provided that your order has not yet been shipped. In the event that your order has already been shipped prior to the address change, it becomes the customer's responsibility to reach out to USPS in an attempt to reroute the package. We cannot assume liability for packages sent to an incorrect address due to inaccuracies in the provided address information.

My package was returned.

Should your package be returned to us, you will receive notification via email within 5 business days. All returned packages will be refunded for in store credit, with the original shipping cost deducted. In the event that your package is returned due to a natural disaster (such as hurricanes, fires, floods, etc.), we will retain your package until USPS or UPS can safely deliver it to you at no additional charge.
