We founded Lavishing Honey with one goal in mind: giving our customers products that will enhance their skin and allow them to fall in love with themselves. We conduct business knowing that better quality service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please carefully review these policies when purchasing our products. These policies will apply to any order you place with us.

Returns Policy and Refunds (if applicable)

To discuss any damaged items, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and pictures of damaged items sent to Support@lavishinghoney.com before getting approval to send your items back to us. Once your damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your damaged item and notify you of the approval or denial of your claim. If you are approved, then a credit will be applied to the store gift card or (If Applicable) we may exchange or replace your item. This may take 5 - 7 business days to process. *NO SAME PAY REFUNDS at this time*

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. See return policy.

Sale items (if applicable)

All sales are final. 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. We offer free standard shipping with a purchase of $50 or more before tax and two-day shipping on all orders. Once your order is packaged we will send you an email with your tracking information. If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver: Once every 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months depending on your subscription. Item substitutions can be made up to 5 days before shipment (allergies purposes only). At this time we do not offer international shipping. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Orders only ship on business days Monday - Thursday. If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
